I really love poloroids. I think everyone does. It was a sad day when I learned they wouldn’t be around much longer. There is a site called Portroids.com. They have poloroid portraits of famous, not-so-famous, and fake people. It’s pretty fantastic. This one of Grimace is one of my favorites. (Fact: I wanted to marry Grimace when I was five years old.) I also quite like this one of Chevy Chase and Jim Belushi.
Okay, that picture of Grimace reminds me that I was not in love with him at five. I was terrified of Grimace. Even more than I was scared of the sinister clown or the admittedly criminal Hamburgler.
